Our products are specially manufactured upon request. Therefore, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted. However, we provide support as follows:
Damaged or Faulty Products
If the product contains a manufacturing defect or is damaged, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
You must provide photos detailing the problem and your order number.
Approved production, free remanufacturing or full payment is offered.
There is no need for the damaged distortion to return.
Customer Sourced Returns
Returns or exchanges are not made due to customer-related reasons such as wrong size, color or model selection.
It is not possible to resell these types of products because they are specially produced.
Undeliverable Orders
In case of undeliverable orders due to missing address or recipient not receiving the product, reshipment can be made for an additional fee or a partial refund can be made.
Return Process

After your request is evaluated, you will be informed of the appropriate solution.
Note: Since the products are manufactured directly by the manufacturer, returns should be directed to the manufacturer and not to our store. However, product returns are not accepted, so please contact us before returning.
